Had a bunch of brush to take to the dump. Loaded into trailer, tied it down, drove to dump, backed up to brush pile, pleased that backing up was so much easier than usual, got out of van, realized I'd never attached the trailer.
Now, I can understand forgetting to attach the trailer, but backing up without noticing it was missing ?? Where was I

Yep, it's your humidity that's killing the meringue.

Yep....if cream of tartar won't make it stiff I would definately try viagra. Although you might want to take that blue coating off of it or you might have some funky looking blue stuff on top of your pie.

Thanks all! My eggs are happy to know the tricks of staying stiff...and not weeping all over the place. I believe humidity is the problem...too much hot air
ruins many things.
Nikki, that was a major ooooooops! I think you get the ooops award!
Reminds me of a story when I was first married...we had an old jeep, were out raising heck one night with the top off. My husband rounded a corner and kept driving along as normal...about 4 miles along we wondered why it was so quiet in the back seat, I turned to look back and our friend who was riding with us was gone. We turned and retraced our steps...found him on his knees in the middle of the road back at the corner...laughing his butt off. He didn't feel a thing...I think the JD saved him!

Mrs. R, it's not the hot air - that you want. It's the humidity. Maybe stick to making meringues in the winter? Pick a day when us big, bad Canadians send our cold, dry weather fronts down to nip the oranges. They have to be good for something.

This happens to be all too often. I work about 45 minutes from home. It seems that no matter where I am driving to, I almost always end up driving to work. Sometimes I don't realize it until I am almost at work. My wife never tells me because she hasn't a clue on directions. Shows you how much I am paying attention when I drive.

I probably sound like a broken record by now...but how's you B12 levels? Mine were at 300 or so and the doc started me on injections...seem to be helping.
I haven't read any of your posts that I can remember ( I can't remember my own most of the time). Are you mouth breathing with a nasal mask, or have a a high leak rate? hmmm, I don't even know if you are using the CPAP or not. bring us in the loop...your fatigue issues may be due to the SA not being treated properly...because "Real" Men don't need directions

I resurected this thread from down deep....I have seen a lot of threads and mentioning lately of the fatigue...the fog...the Zombies.
Since I last posted in this I have fallen asleep on my riding lawn mower while mowing. Making Christmas dinner I put the entire measuring cup into the mixing bowl...ingredients and cup...then I turned on the mixer...my niece was beside me and quickly responded.
I continue with the stupid mistakes/blunders. They are fewer between this past week...i think due to having a BiLEvel machine now...I truely think I was rebreathing my own air. Only time will tell.
I think it would be fun to see what others do in the fog that makes people just shake their heads in disbelief. Though it is aggrevating, we have to find humor admist it all!

I went to the mailbox the other day and my key wouldn't work. I fiddled with the thing for at least 5 minutes, and since the mailman was still around I called him over to help. Before he could get there, I noticed I was trying to break into someone else's box. I just got up from a nap, so I blamed in on the lack of oxygen. This kind of stuff used to get to me, but now that I know that others with sleep apnea do the same kind of things, I can laugh at myself. Virginia
