The scotch tape worked, a little too well. I found out that I'm a nose and mouth breather and I woke up numerous times with my cheeks puffed up like a hamster

I don't mean to, but I laughed hard at that bradp. I looked the same way when I awoke from my tritation study. Looked in the mirror when I was cleaning the gook off my head, and it scared me. Ugly! Face swollen, eyes bugged and craop all over my head.

I thought I was going to have anxiety the first night with my machine last week. I got a prescription for Lunesta thinking I might need a sleep aid. However, I put the Breeze on, laid my head on the pillow, and was asleep in about a minute. Now it's only a few seconds before I fall asleep. I never needed the sleeping pills. I can't get over how comfortable (and quiet) the Breeze nasal pillows are. I go to sleep fast and in almost total silence.

I even used the machine for a nap over the weekend. I think the Captain has it right. Do not go to sleep without wearing the mask. At some point your mind will give in and allow you to sleep.
