just thought i say hi,
i'm new here,
i have problems sleeping, but dunno why, been to the doctor's but he just told me its coz i'm not doing enough during the day and couldnt get me out of his room quick enough,
when i go to bed at night it takes me hours to get to sleep and when i do i end up waking up 3 or 4 times and during the day i'm very sleepy and tend to nearly fall sleep as my head gets all heavy and my head at times seems to give way, and at times i could be laying in bed tryign to get to sleep and my whole body jumps off the bed and when i wake up i cant move for the first 5mins so i tend to lay there for 10-15mins till i'm fully awake before tryign to get out of bed, and when i'm on trains or coaches travelling and someone is sitting next to me and i'm looking out the window and i tend to fall asleep and when i do i get woken up within a second and my body jumps and my leg seems to kick out and kick the poor person next to me
can anyone help me?
sorry for my bad spelling but i have trouble with my reading and writting
