I would like to know where I can obtain a clinician’s manual for a REMstar Pro 2 C-Flex CPAP.

I don’t have the machine yet, but will likely get it in early December. I have tried eBay, but can’t find one there, but I may be looking in the wrong place.

Clinicians manual... for what purpose? I have that machine, which comes with a users manual, probably not what you are looking for?

Personally I don't think the DME provider has a right to withhold the clinician's manual if a patient insists on getting it. I told my DME upfront that I would accept nothing short of a brand new sealed in the box APAP, with all manuals intact. I also informed them that I had already purchased the software and reader and that I wanted/needed to know how I was doing from week to week so I could make my own adjustments as needed.

They could tell I was serious and that I was computer literate and could handle having the software and clinicians manual, so I got a sealed box. They did tell me that they usually don't give that manual out.

Medical care is a partnership where the best care occurs when patient and physician work together.  It is completely analogous to walking into a pharmacy and changing your meds. around without letting your doctor know.  Although I'm going to do that shortly, I am going to discuss it with him just in case I'm missing something.
