C-flex decrease in inhaled pressure

The latest Update, So far everything is working well since I turned off the C-Flex function, and I'm back at my starting point of 10CFM. It's been about a week now. I am confused as to why the C-Flex didn't work for me?  Confused  Unless it's like I mentioned previously that as my breathing got shallow at night, the Unit followed my breathing pattern causing me to wake up out of breath, or suffocating,  Shocked  before I realized it, and had a chance to begin breathing strongly to bring it back inline. In any case, I'm pretty pleased that at least this idea is finally working for me.  Wink

Update! Well it seems like something else is going on with my Unit!  Rolling Eyes  After about a week of using it with straight CPAP (C-Flex disabled). I noticed it starting off blowing strong when I first put it on, then I guess once I lay down, and fall asleep the  pressure drops! I noticed at times all through the night, the pressure seemed low to me? but never gave it a second thought, until I woke up this morning, and sat up in bed to take it off, immediately the pressure increased! so strongly in fact that, it was trying to blow my mask off! The mask was leaking air, & squeaking in places from the pressure!  Shocked I decided to test this out, and sure enough, once I laid back down with the mask on, the pressure dropped again!?  Shocked  Shocked What the He!! is going on!???  Confused  Brick wall

I use this CPAP model because I responded well to C-FLEX during titration.  I am a little suspicious of this machine and took the smart card in to be read.  The Dr. suspected a leak, but there was no leak reported on the card.  I believe there is a glitch in the software that controls the ramp-up.  I had long quit using the ramp-up.  I believe the glitch is when I do not use the ramp-up, the machine will do an inverse and ramp-down erroneously.  Just to test, I set the ramp start pressure the same as the running pressure, hence the pressure will not change IF it is doing an inverse due to glitch.  It SEEMS to be working as I feel more rested.  I have been doing this for a few weeks.  I don't want to bring this to the attention of my doctor, he won't believe me and will just charge me for another office visit.  Anyone having a similar experience?

The Saga continues!  Rolling Eyes Each night with this Machine, it seems during the night it loses pressure. I usually sleep on my sides, and have noticed if I roll onto my back the pressure will increase, and my mask will start squeaking, flapping, and leaking air  Shocked It does the same thing when I sit up, just before I take it off in the morning when I get up  Rolling Eyes I don't get it!  Confused  It appears once this Machine gets warmed up, it starts to lose pressure! I wish I could test the machine some how? Does anyone know of a way?

Heylook - Thanks for the tip! I'll give that a try, and let you know how it works.
By the way, I think if I had no suspected drop in pressure, this equipment would be just fine! In fact, I'd probably go back to using C-Flex as well.

Ok, Here's the latest, Got my pressure meter Friday (It's handy to have!) and checked my machine right away, it said 10.5cm at all times, that's a good thing! But, the night before I made some changes, I turned the ramp up pressure to 10.5, same as my prescribed pressure, (it was preset at 5mins. even though I don't use the ramp, so I just left it there) Well it seems that it cured my problem of pressure dropping! So, maybe that's why the meter read it was good.

One more thing, the next night I shut off the ramp feature completely, and got the same good results, so now I finally sleep the whole night with no issues, or problems!
