I recently started snoring (again) while using C-PAP.  Does this mean I need a pressure adjustment?  Is snoring a good indication that I'm not breathing properly during sleep?

This usually indicates a problem and MAY require a pressure adjustment.

You should contact your sleep specialist.........by phone, in the first instance.
