I have been using my bipap with a full face mask for 6 months now.  I have been constantly having problems with the corner of my mouth cracking and splitting since I started using my bipap.  I do use a humidifier and have no problems with my mouth drying out.  I have used various petrollum based products during the day and night.   Is there any one else experiencing the same problems?  Has any one found a product that I can use that will help resolve this problem?  Thank you for your help.

Blistex and chapstick are my favorites for general chapped lips. You might ask your doc if it's a recuring problem.

I am not having chapped lips but actual splits that look like small cuts that bleed.
