This forum is run by volunteers and most of the moderators are simply very knowledgable OSA patients. We dedicate a great deal of our time to helping OSA patients but unfortunately we are not here most of the time. That is why we depend on valuable input and responses from knowledgable and educated OSA patients to posts we are unable to get to. In fact, we as moderators, are encouraged to foster the community of OSA patients helping each other. We are here to moderate, which means to answer questions which no one else has been able to answer and to ensure that the forum is running smoothly.

Accusing moderators of only helping potential clients is offensive and also makes us feel bad and frustrated.  As I mentioned, we are all volunteers and dedicate time to this forum because we have a passion for helping people with OSA.

We get busy and depend on educated OSA patients like yourself to respond most of the time.  In fact, Dr. Servino told me how helpful you were.

We are going to have Dr. Servino translate our posting guidelines to help people at this Spanish forum understand our purpose.

You are a valued member and your experience and responses have been appreciated.  If there is ever a problem, such as Dr Servino is busy and needs to answer a question which you or someone else knowledgable has not answered, PM me or Dr. Servino.
