stress and sleep apnea

Post stress and sleep apnea 
ok i've  been alot of stress lately, my old computer crashed and died leaving no forwarding address. Very Happy  i bought a new computer and it got shipped all the way back to the shipper becuz of the fed-ex guy deliverying it, would not deliver it it too the back door. what should have only taken 1 1/2 weeks took over month to straighten out. and now have my new computer. but with holidays and all the other things going on in my life the stress has done number on me. i'm not sleeping worth a darn and very frustrated. does anybody else have problems with their apnea during stressful times? janey

I think we all do, learning new ways of relaxing and calming ourselves helps, so does gentle exercise

hint:  housecleaning is both relaxing and satisfying

I know that SA causes nervousness and tension, but I don't know if stress makes SA worse.  It's a stressful time of the year for anyone.
