I talked to my Home Health, which is Cleveland Clinic Home Heath ( I have Cleveland Clinic Insurance as my wife is a nurse at CCF ) anywho my insurance is handled by Antares, who told me I can get pretty much what ever I want, I am looking at a "Respironics REMstar Pro M Series CPAP with C-Flex  w/ Heated Humidifier, smart card  and Encore software"  just need to pay the up grade charge from a Fisher & Paykel HC234 Humidified CPAP System.

I also told them, Cleveland Clinic Home Health Care,  I wanted to try a full face mask and they told me no problem, I could keep my old mask which I had for 40 days or so and Antares would pay the 80% as they don't go buy Medicare Guide Lines...for the waiting period of getting a new mask or head gear.

Now I may end up talking to the two other Home Health (DME's) that CCF deals with and see who gives me the better deal.
