I have been on cpap for mild apenea for 3 wks. Have went thru 3 mask, flexifit406,resmond pillows. comfort gel. I have leaks constantly from .54- to .65. Any suggestions?  I have a small nose bridge and a deviated septum and dont get much air up that side. like nasal pillows but have bad leaks amd pressure in ears is unbearable. The nasal masks leaks alot too. Have tried suggestions on this site but didnt help. Only way to stop is to have headgear way to tight which I cannot stand.  Any suggestions would help, dont want to give up ! d'oh!

This might seem like a dumb suggestion but do you wash the mask every day, and wash your face before bedtime?

Suggest mask #4 to be a Activa or Activa LT.

I have a deviated septum and found the air can get thru using a hybrid mask. The air is directed into the nostril and for me it opens the passage. I now sleep breathing thru my nose.

Thank you for you replys, I will be checking into all mask you suggested. I just wish ent doc would fix deviated septum so i can breath better thru that side. Besides having mild apena sleep doc was concerned because I have severe continous snoring, I was litterly off the charts for the hole sleep study !

ROFL....not at you really but I can relate to your loud snoring.  On my sleep study they stated I snored "rather loudly with a cresendo pattern" I love not snoring now!!

I probably shook the house. I do have a another question. My mouth fills with air is this due to the mask leaking?
