I took my Resmed machine (not sure the model, about a year old) on a trip. I packed it in the suitcase. A mistake. When I arrived, it did not work. When I go home, it still did not work. No power.
I took it back to the seller, not Resmed, a medical supply business. They are looking at it but said, if it is not a quick fix, I must contact Resmed.
Anyone ever deal with this problem?
What is Resmed's warranty? My insurance is a rent to own policy, so after another month payment to the med supply business, the machine is mine.
