Does it get easier?
Yes, it does - how long that takes depends on you, the information you get given by the DME (equipment provider) and the sleep doc, but also on how much you read on this forum. There are some great tips for making it easier to sleep with a mask or nasal pillows, for people sleeping on their sides, backs or stomach, and to reduce the sore nose problems.
Above all, recognize that it is your health you are taking responsibility for when you use the xPAP machine. You need to know what it can do for you, and how you can maximize the benefit.
Good luck, and stay in touch with this forum - it will help you as it is helping me, and probably countless others.
