Post Sleep position
As long as the mask is not loosing air, does a person need to be laying on their back in order for the Cpap to work properly?  I naturally roll to my side but feel that I don't slip into a deep sleep.  Just wondering?

Hi,

It doesn't matter what sleep position you sleep in, CPAP works the same.  However, the mask does make a difference.  Some masks are better for side sleepers than others.  What type of mask do you have?  Also, how long have you been on CPAP?

You should sleep in the most natural and comfortable position for you.  I am naturally a side and tummy sleeper, and cannot even consider back sleeping, as it hurts my back.  By finding the right combination of mask and bed pillow, you should be able to snuggle into whatever position you sleep best in.

I use a Mirage Activa mask and it seems to sell very well when I sleep on my side.  I have been on the Cpap for about 4 weeks.

ah, terrijoy,
my very favorite is the breeze with nasal pillows..no face straps, etc.  I can use the swift OK, and like it for travel.
