i'm just want to let you all know that my machine popped error message last nite. after unplugging it from outlet and replugged it in . it smelled real funny(like burnt coffee). the error message was #15. called DME this morning and they came and got it and i'm now on rental while it's being looked at. just want everybody to know to unplug your machine and call DME ASAP if this happens to you. janey

wow what a fright you must have had  Shocked Glad they were willing to come to your home.

I will never forget that horrid pop sound I had from rainout, even the mask vibrated. I doubt they would have done that for me here.

As a precaution I have my machine connected to a a surge protected extension cord. My greatest fear has always been fire

Glad things are now sorted out and hopefully your experience will serve as a caution for others to always be aware, thanks for that. Though I pray no one experiences the same.
