I have been reading about different masks and have asked many of you tons of questions? Thank you for your help. But in reading the mask companies talk about having the head be tilted back or flat on the pillow to prevent more apneas. I tend to tuck my chin, in doing so the mask starts to leak so I awake and adjust my head. I have always slept pretty much curled up in a ball. All though I do turn from side to side, still curled up. Does tucking my chin in cause more apneas? I am currently using a Profile lite gel mask. Anybody who has talked to me knows I am looking at getting a new mask. If curling up is a bad way to sleep, how do I teach my body to straiten out? Any help would be appreciated
