I have all of them to big johm
My interest in socializing has always been low it is now an interest in staying away from people
Wanting to be left alone
irritability
impatience
all quite pronounced. I'm convinced that I've had a sleep disorder now for my entire life. My wife told me I stopped breathing the other night even with the cpap machine on. Now I think I may have complex sleep apnea.

Boy, this is how I feel until night comes, and I'm still not right then. It just ruins everything, and I need to find a solution.

I'd add that it's really hard to focus, and feels like you could just space out completely/feel faint or doze off. I don't like being alone for that reason.

And it's so hard getting people to understand the daze that I walk in. They just think you are goofy, but it's real.
I try to tune it out and not stress over it, because stress makes the fog worse. But it's getting harder to ignore.

It's five o'clock sound the foghorn
The fog has lifted I have just a few hours of clear thought before I turn into a pumpkin again. Think I'll try to get something done.

Yikes - it can get worse? How? What helps for brain fog? I already can't go to stores for long because my mind gets so irritated by activity. I think any worse and I might as well sleep all day.

That guy...the symptoms sound like it. Unfortunately the only way to tell is to have a sleep study. To have one you need to make an appointment with a sleep specialists...many of them are also Pulmonary or neurologists.
I hope you take the time to understand what sleep apnea is and know that it is life threatening...it is more than tiredness. It does sound as if you have the typical symptoms that are often found in the advanced stages of it. Hopefully if you do have it that it jas not affected your heart, caused a stroke, diabetes or high blood pressure...and hopefully you have not had the experience of falling asleep at the wheel.
The cp thing is a CPAP...Continuous Postive Air Pressure. It is a machine that we hook a mask up to when we sleep. It keeps the airway open so we do not keep suffocating ourselves 40 to 200 times a night.
Hope you get tested...it is still somewhat unknown and one will not know they have it until they develope some symptoms and care enough aobut their health to get tested for it...looks like you are looking for answers too....I think you may have found it.
