Games CPAP wives can play

Post Games CPAP wives can play
My husband has used a CPAP for the last 20 years.  It is easier listening to the soft whirr of the CPAP than the loud roar of his snoring.  It may be an easier adjustment for  spouses if you maintain a sense of humor.  Afterall, this is a lifesaving piece of equipment.

We learned to look at his CPAP use with humor.  Here are some of the fun games we 've had with his CPAP;  "Who is that Masked Man?",  Darth Vader,  Kiss the elephant man, and he also prewarms the bed by blowing his warm breath under the covers in the winter while wearing his CPAP.

Anyone else have any fun games?   Smile

Glad that you have a sense of humor, too.  No sense grieving over a "silly" little life-saving device. It sure beats the days when he would fall asleep over the dinner hour.

Have you tried pre warming the bed in winter?  It's better than using an electric blanket.

Yes, we eventually sleep.  The quality of sleep is much better for both of us.

Oh, did I forget the space invaders game?  Wink

Since I'm a guy, I'm going to need visuals Wink

I think if everyone had a sense of humor the world would be a better place. I sooooo happy someone had the insight to design what we know today as the cpap (does anyone have a time line depicting  the various phases of the cpap? -- that would be interesting to see the evolution)  -- such a simple concept which provides us all live saving therapy.

Space invaders, ummmm...
