Post Picked up my CPAP today. Tonight will be first night...
Tonight will be my first night at home with my machine.  I will be wearing a different mask than the one I used in my titration study, but I think I might like this one better.

I am willing to give this a fair try, but I felt horrible (more than normal, which is hard to do!) the day after my study with CPAP.  I can't function like that for an extended period of time.  I am hoping that was just bad, because it was not my bed, etc...

Wish me luck.

Thanks!

well you won't be having all the other variables tonight that they had in the titration study - electrodes, wires, tapes, etc all over you, let alone a video somewhere, and a person in the other room experimenting with your pressure settings.  So good luck.

Good luck! May you be one of the fortunate few who take to CPAP like a duck to water and get restful, restorative sleep your very first night on CPAP.

If not, don't be bashful, explain what problem you ran into. Someone else here will have run into the same as they adjusted to CPAP too and can offer suggestions to overcome the problem whatever it might be.
