I have been using CPAP for severe sleep apnea for 6 months now. I have to say that CPAP therapy has made a huge improvement in my quality of life. I am 43 years old and am moderately overweight 6- 4' 245 pounds.
I think I have suffered form sleep apnea for most of my life, even when I was only 145 pounds
My question is simple and I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem. My wife tells me that at night while wearing the CPAP. I yell out rather loudly from time too time. Some nights are worse than others. She says she can hear me from the other room at times. Yelling out is something I never did prior to CPAP therapy, I just snored miserably and kept my wife awake.
I have occasionaly woke myself up while yelling wearing CPAP.
I wear a full face mask, with the machine that automatically adjusts as I sleep
I am wondering if this is something anyone else has experienced. Is it something I should ask my Dr about.
Thanks in advance for any help
