Had a sleep study a little over a year ago. They recommended adjusting my pressure to 12. Lost 70lbs in the last year and had adjusted my pressure down as the weight dropped. Had a sleep study last week and.......they now recommend 14. Slept at 14 last night and slept great. What is that about. I thought with losing weight I would take a lower pressure or not at all. Anyone ever hear of this?
