Well all its been one week now on the mirage liberty mask and it has made an amazing difference. I adjusted to it rather quickly and am sleeping a full 7 to 8 hours a night now. I feel at least a little like im starting to get my life back. I worked all day today and had many errands to run after work. Normally I would be dozing off at the wheel in the first 5 mins. but tonight I got through my whole evening of driving around without even feeling drowsy. I know I must temper my excitement with caution as I have read on here things can go good for awhile then go backwards again. But for now, im content and so very happy that my family and friends nagged me to get that sleep study done. I owe them my life quite literally. I look forward to continuing to interact with the friends i have made here as I know it always best when your not alone. Thank you all!

Congratulations, RA. Isn't a relatively good night's sleep a real blessing??!!! May you continue to have more and more and better and better sleep. Its great that the Liberty has brought about such improvement for you. Finding the right mask is so critical to good CPAP therapy. Congratulations on your Resmed S8 Elite w/EPR CPAP! Its a great device! I LOVED the easy access to the LCD screen via the advanced patient menu.

The machine is very easy to use and has made life alot easier to see progress and such. It is amazing the difference that a good nights sleep makes. I am so sorry to all those I put in danger because of my pig headed nature and foolish pride! I never realised just how many parts of my life were being affected by this.
