I am using a VPAP with the new Swift mask. I've been using it since last Friday, with no real problems. In checking my data (on the machine -- my software and card reader should be here any day), it seems that my pressure has increased (from 7-11 as titrated) to 12-18 last night. Is this normal? Also, my AHI increased a bit from 8 the first night to 12 last night. Again, is that normal? I know I will know more when I can access the full information, but I was just wondering!

I am feeling a bit more peppy in the morning, which is great! :) And for the record, I have Centrals and Obstructives. My original AHI score was 23, so there is definitely an improvement.

Oh, my leak rate was .02, which I would think is good?
