Post Ruby Red Chinstrap
Bought a Ruby Red chinstrap to keep my mouth closed at night.  Use a Swift LT mask.  The chinstrap seems extra snug, even though we measured before purchasing.

Q:  Is it possible for a chinstrap to incorrectly reposition a jaw?  I'm concerned that I could be causing jaw problems.

I bought a bunch of the rubyreds because they looked high-tech but they jerked my jaw back and messed with the alignment of my neck. Now I am back to the Black Respironics and happy.

It happens. Less is more.

The Ruby will be tight at first, but will loosen up with time.
