HOLY COW!!  I must be sleeping better, but I have the most VIVID and outlandish dreams.  I realized a while back that my dreams were either non-existent, or boring.  Honey, that has sure changed!!!

Anyone else having LOTS of dreams, colorful dreams, outlandish dreams?

Only the first few nights --- although the night of the sleep study I had the longest, most vivid,  dream ever. I was a mobster right after a hit sitting in a hotel room, thinking to myself -- how did I get to this point in my life? I was trying to look back (as the dream was very long and covered numerious situations) thru my childhood, school, marriage and thought, hey, I was doing a sleep study and BAMM, the lights come on and end of sleep study.

I too, have had very vivid dreams on CPAP.  One was so real - it scared the crud out of me... it was as if it really happened! (don't want to bore anyone with the details)

It's kinda wierd how that happens.

I dreamed that I was pregnant.  It was so VIVID.  Oh, I am 48, just what I need a baby, but to be honest, when I woke up, I was upset.  It was SO REAL!!!!

I am in the same boat as all of you. I started having vivid dreams after starting CPAP treatments most of them cannot be shared here Embarassed. It is amazing what you dream and remember when you can stay in rem sleep.

Yup, its fairly common.  They call it REM REBOUND, basically it is your body going into REM very quickly as your sleep pattern starts to straighten itself out.  Its really a good thing, as it means you are on your way to getting a really good night sleep!
