Post Sleep study finished. Getting CPAP Tuesday. 
I finished my sleep study on Friday night. Went to the doctor yesterday. My results were mild obstructive sleep apnea/Severe in REM sleep. Had an average of 10.8 events per hour but during REM sleep the average was 54.5 per hour. I don't really know what all this means but the doctor says I should feel much better with a CPAP. Wish me luck.

Good luck, Peggy.  I got my CPAP two weeks ago today.   I'm feeling so much better!  I hope the same for you.
