I'm currently using the book to try and work through my insomnia. I have the kind where you wake up 2 hours into your sleep and immediately start thinking about work. Using his method I've so far figured out that if I quit drinking diet soda at least 6 hours before bed, I may not wake up at all in the middle of the night. So... pretty helpful stuff, so far. If I can have the discipline to drop the diet soda. (And hot chocolate, and coffee ice cream.. sigh).
