the last several night i have had the worst ear ache/sinus ache in the morning.     i have been on CPAP for over a year and these has never happened prior to last several nights. i know that my sinuses have been jacked up from my fall allergies but not like this. i use rhino cort and clarinix from allergies. humidfier is at 4 setting. REM/star CPAP and blue gel mask with rudy chinstrap. pressure is at 9. anybody have any ideas please?

I go through a similar routine as you.  But in addition, I also irrigate my sinuses which will help.  Search for my post "sinus irrigation how to" and read through the whole post because it is really easier than it starts out sounding.  Sounds horrible but it really makes them feel good!
