I've just recently discovered this forum and have spent hours reading previous posts. I haven't found an answer to one particular question so will post it here. What exactly does SUAD stand for? What are other individuals short and long-term experiences with this device? I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea 3 years ago (to go along with my severe snoring) and have used a Silent Nite since then. Because I'm a grinder I've been through several of these which seem to work so-so for the snoring and sleep apnea. I located a different dentist here in the Twin Cities who has ordered a SUAD for me and just wanted to get any current feedback I could.
