Ambrola,

It's a VERY good sign that you felt better after your titration study.
I feel that means that you have a good chance of feeling relief right away.
Everyone is different and it can take time for some people to feel the relief.
And if you do feel relief, you may even feel increased relief as time goes on.

I was lucky and felt better right away even though I would struggle for months with the high pressure and having to only wear the mask a few short  hours every night for a long time.  But I felt SO MUCH BETTER during the day even then.  And I remember feeling better the day after my titration also.
If it doesn't happen right away, give it time and post here with any questions or comments you might  have.

Good luck! (but it doesn't seem you will need it!)
 Very Happy

Linda

Thanks Linda,
I wish I didn't have to wait 3 weeks for the follow up with the doc. Seems like a long time considering the benefits. I slept 6 hours last night, but as usual I didn't seem to rest. I think I have finaly found why I am tired all the time. Yesterday was a wonderful day, I wasn't tired, and didn't have to nap when I returned home from the office. Didn't go to bed until 10:00, and that is a miracal in itself!

Hi Ambrola,

THis is my 6th night and each night is getting better.  I am falling into a deep sleep for most of the night and wake up feeling refreshed.  I was waking up from the machine, just not used to it, but last night it didn't bother me at all.  If you were better after the 1st night I think it will just keep getting better for you.  It's takes a while to get over being sleep deprived  Wink

Take care,
Wendy
