nice chart deed .. I'm beginning to wonder if my DME is pawning off lower quality stuff to me.  I'll try to explain:

When he first came over, he brought the HC234.  He didn't bring the box in though.  Now I am reading that this unit comes with 2 water tanks, I only got one.  He also gave me the Ultra Mirage II FF .. which I tried to wear for a couple of weeks and finally gave up.  I called him back and he brought me the Breeze headgear.  I really like the Breeze but would like to try the Swift and Aura.

A friend of mine is going through a different DME .. he got the S8 Escape and the Swift nasal pillows.  To me he got the latest and greatest and I feel like I got "last years" model.  Is this typical of some DMEs and should I ask for better stuff?

In my limited experience, it was obvious to me that the DME wanted to give me the old stock (last years model without c-flex), with no box or manual. I told them my insurance company and myself were paying for new equipment and I wanted the latest model in an unopened box. I had it the next day. I don't think they can deny you if you ask/demand it, but those who don't know or don't ask, get the cast-offs. Just my opinion.
