Post For those of you that use the CPAP Pro???????
I have had my CPAP Pro now for over a week.  The first 2 nights, I loved it, then I tried to warm it some, and remove a piece of the, whatever that stuff is for your teeth to fit in...excuse my brain, it takes a nap whenever it pleases!!!  Any ways, I removed the hangover portion, and obviously made a mess...that night it made a raw spot on the roof of my mouth, which didn't heal until maybe Sat.  I reheated the mouthpiece and redid it, but now, I just am not comfortable with it.  What am I doing wrong?  I also do not understand how we can exhale enough with those little sponge things over that tiny hole...what's up with that?

I'm not sure the mask is the entire problem.  My insomnia has flared, and everything is aggravating me...I need the fan on, but it's too loud, I can't get comfy, the mask is irritating me, of course not sleeping is the big problem.  I was so sure by now I would be doing so much better with this whole sleep apnea thing.  It will be 1 year in the beginning of Sept, and I feellike I have gained nothing. Sad No, calling the sleep doc isn't any help, truthfully, calling that office, dealing with Sleep Diagnostics, and the DME is always a hassle.  Last time I called the doc office, I said my name, and the girl says, "What do they want now, my first born?"  I was like, "HUH?"  My insurance had not paid any of my visits to the doctor as of last week, supposedly, they were billing it wrong, and it should all be taken care of now, which I have heard month after month now.  My neuro increases my Wellbutrin, maybe that will help! d'oh!

I have been having a terrible time sleeping.  Last night, I removed the CPAP Pro, and used my Optilife.  I have to say, I was more comfortable, maybe only because I am used to it, not that I like it either.  It moves, wakes me from leaks, the straps are touching me..that's the sensory neuropathy.  I guess, maybe too many other things are interferring with my apnea too.
