As long as they are alcohol free, citrus oil free, and free of any other oils and stong scents & bleach, you should be fine. I use a little bowl with some dish soap every morning to clean my mask & seal & humidifier. Then I let it all air dry on a bath towel. Takes just a few minutes. Something else you can do is make your own wipes. Mix up some mild soapy water and neatly fold up some papertowels, soak them in the the suds, remove. Then let them drain for an hour in the dishrack and then tuck the whole stack in a ziplock bag. If you're worried about paper waste & the environment, do the same with a soft washcloth & toss it in the laundry twice a week.
